We market a wide range of Paraguayo peach varieties, mainly early varieties, selected for their flavor, texture, color, and excellent shelf life.

What are the differences between the classic persimmon and the persimmon?

The classic persimmon is eaten very ripe, with a soft texture and sweet flesh. The persimmon, on the other hand, is a persimmon without astringency that can be eaten firmly, like an apple.
