Paraguayan and banana smoothie

Ingredients:

1 ripe Paraguayo, peeled and cut into chunks

1 ripe banana

200 ml plant-based milk (almond, oat, soy, etc.)

½ cup ice

½ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Preparation:

  1. Blend: Place all ingredients in a blender: Paraguayo, banana, plant-based milk, ice, and vanilla extract, if desired.
  2. Blend: Blend until smooth.
  3. Serve: Pour into tall glasses and enjoy as a snack or a light and refreshing dessert.
