Our company mainly commercialises varieties without astringency. They are submitted to an accelerated process to get rid of astringency due to the tannins in the pulp which tend to disappear with ripening. Our persimmons are characterised by their fine skin, orange colour and the consistency and compactness of the fruit. Its consumption is similar to that of an apple.
